FAQs

What should I bring?

We want you to travel light and relax as soon as you walk in our door, so pretty much just yourself, comfortable clothing and your good energy! If you don’t have your own mat & towel we can supply as well as drinking water and all props.

What styles of yoga are taught at Fauna?

The below styles are currently on offer. We would love to hear if you are interested in other styles or specialised classes as our timetable will be expanding rapidly.

Essentials

This is a back to basics flow suitable for beginners and intermediate yogis that breaks down the postures and correct alignment combined with some slow flows and finishing with meditation. Don’t be shy, come try!

Slow Flow

A low intensity style that allows space and time with smooth dance-like transitions between poses. Slow flow is great for beginners, intermediate and advanced yogis who want a slower pace but full flow.

Fauna Flow

Our signature vinyasa class, an energised pace with postures suitable for intermediate to experienced yogis. While we welcome beginners to all classes, we do recommend feeling comfortable in essentials & slow flow classes before jumping into the fauna flow so you can get the most from the class.

Yin

A nourishing and meditative slow-paced class with longer held postures, perfect to unwind and focus on breath. Suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced yogis who want a massage for mind and soul. You are sure to leave feeling light and highly relaxed!

What are the payment options?

We have a range of payment options to suit everyone including our intro trial, casual drop-in classes, 5 class pack, 10 class pack and membership with fortnightly direct debit.

Bookings are essential before class. Please see pricing and schedule to book here.
