Join us for three 2 hour foundations of yoga workshop sessions plus 28 days of unlimited classes. Together we’ll deepen our connection to self – mind, body, and spirit – through the channels of asana (physical practice), meditation, pranayama (breath), and philosophy. Work in an intimate group setting with one-on-one support and within a supportive community to help keep you accountable during your journey.
